Well it's not anything, I give you subject and a deadline (a week) you write. As the meerkat says: 'simples'.

Oh, I just meant that I'm normally far too lazy myself to write a thousand words on any subject, let alone one chosen for me. Maybe I should give it a go, though -- it could be a good exercise.

I'm still meaning to write something at some point but this weekend I'm writing 850 words for World Soccer, on the subject of the new Czech football season -- not what you're after, really, I imagine.
